Remote Support is basically an IT Tools in the form of software which allows an IT Technician to support a remote computer via the Internet. The technician can perform a variety of tasks like they were actually in front of your computer.
Basically you'll be invited to connect to the IT Technician Console. This will be in the form of either a link on a website, email invitation or even directing you to a web URL. Then you'll download and run the remote support software. Once you've accept the screen sharing and remote control request the IT Technician has full control of your computer. You can revoke access at anytime.
We use a Tool called AeroAdmin. It is totally secure as they use AES and RSA encryption. You'll be prompted by our Technician to click on the button below to run a light-weight program. Don't worry this is not installed onto your machine and can easily be deleted afterwards.
